Mr Pa Omar Gaye, the founder and CEO of Secure 24 Group holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Administration from DeVry University. With 17 years of experience in the security and Law enforcement field as a supervisor and team builder. He has the responsibility of managing the overall operations and resources of the company as well as making major corporate decisions. He leads the development and implementation of the overall organisation’s strategy, overseeing the complete operation of the organization as well as evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals whilst enhancing shareholder value. Mr Gaye possesses vast experience and he is a highly motivated individual filled with exceptional skills in adapting to multiple working conditions.

His passion and commitment have enabled him to successfully drive the company alongside his young, dedicated, and dynamic Management staff. The Management Team consists of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Group Head of Administration & Human Resources, Group Head of Marketing, Group Chief Financial Officer, Group Business Development Manager, Managing Director of Construction, Head of I.T, Technical Manager, Logistics and Admin Manager, Operations Manager and Branch Manager. The Staff Group consists of Senior Supervisors, Patrol Supervisors, Network Engineers, IT & Electrical Technicians, Sales and Marketing executives, Customer Service Officers, Admin and Support Officers, Site Engineers, Site Supervisors and auxiliary staff.
